How to get to the airport without a car from Barcelona
Barcelona-El Prat Airport is located 12 km from the city center and is connected by the L9 Sud metro line, the R2 Nord train, and the Aerobús bus service. If you are already at the hotel, you do not need any of those options: our complimentary shuttle takes you directly to T1 and T2 in less than 10 minutes.
How early to arrive at the hotel before your flight
For domestic or Schengen flights, we recommend arriving at the hotel 2 hours before takeoff. For international flights outside the Schengen area, allow for a 3-hour margin. Add 5-8 minutes for the shuttle + check-in + security.

T1 hosts the airlines with the highest international traffic: Iberia, Vueling, British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France, Emirates, and Oneworld/SkyTeam airlines. T2 primarily operates European low-cost carriers: Ryanair, EasyJet, Wizz Air, and others.
Traveling with Bulky or Special Luggage
Our shuttle has 19 seats and a dedicated space for large suitcases. Surfboards, oversized bicycles, skis, golf clubs, and similar items are not permitted. For wheelchairs or strollers, please notify us during check-in so we can reserve space.

No, you don't need to book the shuttle separately. It runs on a fixed frequency: just be at the hotel entrance or the pickup points at the scheduled time.

No. The hotel is not responsible for a guest missing a flight or cruise. For reasons beyond the hotel's control (traffic, police checks, etc.) transfer times may be affected: we recommend leaving with enough margin.
